If you have a foursome, enter all players on the same form, so that we can keep your foursome together. If you have less than four, we will place you with others to create a foursome.
- The tournament format will be a SCRAMBLE.
- Please provide an email for each player — at a minimum please provide an email for the Team Captain (Player 1).
